An AI speaking partner
Role-plays with AI characters who stay in character, answer in their own voice, and suggest replies when a learner gets stuck.
Learnr shows the real process, explains it in an Indian voice, checks understanding at every step, and gives trainers reports they can act on. It is the AI-native learning platform behind our programmes.
Most learning platforms were built for office workers with laptops and work email. Shop-floor learners share phones and Wi-Fi, often have no work email, may speak English as a second or third language, and learn a process best by seeing it.
Each step plays an animation of the actual operation, with a voiceover in Indian English timed so the voice describes what is on screen. The transcript, notes and route card open from the player bar when wanted. Questions unlock once the step has played.
Learners can study on their own phones. The layout adapts, and the steps and tools work the same way. A learner who cannot use sound can switch the voice off and read the transcript instead.

The course report shows progress by module, and the questions trainees find hardest, with the wrong answer they choose most often. Managers add learners one at a time or from a spreadsheet, assign courses to whole batches with due dates, and export everything.
Companies can clone any course and edit the text, media, questions and order of modules. Prerequisites are simple ticks, the course map updates as you go, and new voiceover audio is generated with one click.
AI gives every learner a patient partner and every trainer a clearer picture. It never replaces the people in the room.

Spoken and written answers are scored against a clear checklist. Feedback starts with what went well, and gives at most three things to improve.
Learners answer aloud. Speech becomes text tuned for Indian English, and repeat-after-me answers are checked word by word.
Narration in natural Indian voices, generated from the script, so changing a lesson's words changes its audio in minutes.
AI helps build animations, lessons and questions from a plant's own processes, so new courses arrive sooner.
Voice recordings are never stored, only transcripts. Scoring runs on the server, never in the browser. Each company's data is kept separate.
Three courses are live, and each one is a template companies can clone and adapt to their own plant.
Follow one hydraulic cylinder from raw steel to dispatch: receiving, the rod line, the tube line, machined parts and assembly, with questions at every step. An optional deep dive shows how a CNC lathe cuts piston-rod grooves.
Watch one cluttered workstation become safe and organised, one S at a time: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise and Sustain, with a live audit sheet that scores each S as the workstation improves.
Greet people, ask for help, talk about your day and your work, make phone calls and report a problem. Learners spend most of the time speaking, with AI characters who listen and give friendly feedback.
A narrated walkthrough from three sides: the trainee, the training manager and the course author. Recorded with demo data.
These two interactive animations come from our manufacturing course. They run in your browser, with no sign-in. Layouts and values are illustrative.
What learners and trainers can use today, and what is coming next.
Course maps, step-by-step lessons, timed exams and certificates with a verification code.
Repeat-after-me, spoken and written answers with feedback, and role-play conversations.
Question-level reports, spreadsheet exports, and course cloning and editing in the browser.
Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and others, for narration and lessons.
Lessons that keep working on a phone offline, and sync when the connection returns.
Single sign-on, company branding, and export to other learning systems (SCORM and cmi5).
The platform behind our programmes can run your own training too. Tell us about your plant and your people, and we will show you around.
